Symptom

  • The sender (or the Person who triggers e-mail) in BPFs or Work Status Change is not getting a mail in his sent folder.  There is no notification as well which states that the mail has been triggered by sender. 
  • Customer have configured SMTP and the mails are getting triggered as well.
