3317565 - Agent is connected but executing tasks does not succeed - SAP Cloud Integration for data services

Symptom

  • Tasks were frozen at various stages:
    • "ATL object prepared"
    • "Failed to enqueue task"
  • Checking the DSOnPremiseAgent_*.log, messages like the following are seen:
    • <UTC timestamp> SEVERE: Error fetch request from cloud, url=https://hcids7.hana.ondemand.com/DSoD/agentmanager/agent_request, agentCUID=HBPHdnIMhyeYXUtF4Ort3e;DS3_PRD
      com.sap.im.ds.onpremiseagent.exception.CommunicationException: Cloud server exception occurred, log id = 54b29ea0-c08c-11ed-a756-fa163ea5cda6
          at com.sap.im.ds.onpremiseagent.DSCloudAppConnector.fetchAgentRequestFromCloud(DSCloudAppConnector.java:520)
          at com.sap.im.ds.onpremiseagent.DSCloudAppConnector.fetchAgentRequestFromCloud(DSCloudAppConnector.java:470)
