3317610 - How To Associate Service Catalog to Case Type

Symptom

You would like to understand how to associate a specific service catalog to your case types.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Resolution

In order to map the service catalog to the case type, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings tab.
  4. Click Case Types, under Cases.

For Active case types, you need to create a new version to be able to associate the service catalog.

For Draft case types, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click Open in Detailed View.
  2. Click on the Catalog field in the header and edit it.
  3. Choose the service catalog you would like to associate with this case type.
