3317654 - 'No Chamber of Commerce Nr. (KVK) found for Company Code &' Error Message in EDocument Cockpit app - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

In the App EDocument Cockpit, after 'Submit' we get the following error messages:

• Endpoint is empty
• No Chamber of Commerce Nr. (KVK) found for Company Code &
• No Chamber of Commerce Nr. (KVK) or OIN found for Company Code &

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access eDocument Cockpit app
2. Submit related document
3. an error is thrown
4. Details provided in 'Interface Log' button.

Missing entries in Maintain Additional Parameters.

'T001z' Stores company code-specific additional parameters. Used to store KVK/OIN for the company code, identified by the party field (e.g., 'CCNR' for KVK, 'NLOIN' for OIN). The KVK must be available for all your Company Codes and it is mandatory in Netherlands for each Business.

Kindly take a look at Maintaining Organization Identification Number for Company Code and Maintain Additional Parameters looking for missing entries involving 'KVK' and 'NLOIN'.

• Open the Maintain Additional Parameters (ID: 102739) configuration activity.
• Select the company code that you want to maintain and enter the Additional Data section.
• For the parameters that you want to maintain, enter the parameter values.
• Save your settings.
