3317668 - SFP context does not refresh automatically

A form was developed in transaction SFP with DDIC field.

If the DDIC structure was deleted in transaction SE11, it will not take effect automatically in the context tab in SFP.

Following is an example. We removed the structure ZZZ from transaction SE11 in internal test system.

But it is still visible in SFP context tab.

After refreshing manually, ZZZ field will be removed in cnotext tab.
