3317959 - Cannot Retrieve OAuth Token - Error in HTTP Communication

Symptom

When fetching the OAuth Token from the provider, there is a failure.

From the REST Adapter detailed traces collected as outlined in SAP note 1514898 - Troubleshooting SAP Process Orchestration / Integration, following log entry can be seen:

java.lang.RuntimeException: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.UtilException: Key ID https://<URL> already exists in database: com.sap.sql.exception.OpenSQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint <>'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object <>'. The duplicate key value is (<key>).
