3317977 - Error while trying to open Purchase info record in Manage Purchasing Info Records App

Symptom

When trying to open a Purchasing Info Record in Manage purchase info records App you get the following error:

  • Communication error “in the context of data service an unknown internal error occurred”
    the requested data was not found

In Gateway error log (/n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG) the following error is raised:

  • Property 'AvailabilityStartDate' has invalid value
