3318094 - Condition Maintenance Group SRM_PPS is Missing; A Technical Error (Mandatory Initialization Missing) Occurred: PRC_ESF_CND_MAINT 502

Following error occurs while you are creating a new production order,

"Condition maintenance group SRM_PPS is missing
A technical error (Mandatory initialization missing) occurred: PRC_ESF_CND_MAINT 502. Report an incident".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control Work Center.
2. Navigate to New Production Order.
3. Enter details like Product ID, Site ID, Quantity. Then system prompts the error message.

This is a known issue and will be fixed in future release.

Despite the error being shown in the screen, if clicking Save button, a production order would be created. Therefore, there is no holdup in creating Production Orders. You can follow this till the issue gets resolved.
