3318290 - Option Rate for buildings created through BAPI_RE_BU_CREATE

Symptom

Create buildings by BAPI_RE_BU_CREATE. Enter parameter OPTION_RATE from BAPI_RE_BU_CREATE.

But for all time slices which are not handed over Option Rate from R/3, the BAPI creates default Option Rate based on the Option Rate from the business unit.
