3318440 - ISE-064: Customization downgrade is not allowed

Error "ISE-064: Customization downgrade is not allowed" when trying to Force Synchronizatoin of the Server Side Outlook Integration.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Email Integration Workcenter > Groupware Settings View
2. Go to the Users tab
3. Can see the Error: ISE-064: Customization downgrade is not allowed.

There are 2 causes for this error:

1) The user's Email ID is provisioned on multiple tenants.

2) Currently TEST and PROD environments are on different versions.

Resolution 1:

Please check if the mailbox of the affected user is used for synchronization with a different tenant.

Resolution 2:

Please Check the versions of the Test and Production Tenants and make sure they are the same.
