3318678 - Can Docusign Account credentials update impact on Document Center? - Onboarding 1.0

In case the Docusign Account credentials that are been used on the integration between Onboarding 1.0 and Docusign, have to changed or updated, does that will impact the documents that are present on Document Center?

Changes on the credentials of the Docusign account that is being used on Onboarding should not impact the documents on the Document Center.

Docusign and Document Center are different features, Docusign is not an SF Feature and is not related to Document Center.

The only important thing is to make sure that there is no pending documents to be signed, when changing\updating the Docusign credentials, as it can lead to issues.
