3318693 - Reduce the contract end date via change process BTMF contract extension with negative days doesn't update the correct contract start date and contract end date

Reduce the contract end date with Contract Extension CL_CRM_BTMF_TELCO_EXTENSION. For instance the extension process is called with navigate (-ve) days as contract duration. BRIM system doesn't issue an error. However the contract term is not reflecting the correct dates. 

For instance:
Original Contract Start date 1/1/2023
Contract Duration: 30 days
Original Contract End date 1/31/2023

Extension Process -10 days
New Start Of Contract Term 1/31/2023
End of Contract Term 1/21/2023
Contract Validity Period: -10 days
