3318696 - How to skip a NF-e or a CT-e for SEFAZ rejections 206, 241, 256, 563 and 682 using SAP DRC Outbound Brazil solution

It is being used the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, outbound invoicing option for Brazil (also known as SAP DRC Outbound Brazil solution). When it is tried to skip an Electronic Nota Fiscal (NF-e) or a Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico (CT-e) in the transaction code J1BNFE, it is appearing one of the following rejections:

• For Electronic Nota Fiscal (NF-e):
  • Rejection 206 (NF-e já está inutilizada na Base de dados da SEFAZ)
  • Rejection 241 (Um número da faixa já foi utilizado)
  • Rejection 256 (Uma NF-e da faixa já está inutilizada na Base de dados da SEFAZ)
  • Rejection 563 (Já existe pedido de Inutilização com a mesma faixa de inutilização)
    
    
• For Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico (CT-e):
  • Rejection 682 (RNTRC situação inválida)
