3318764 - Unable to Create New Billing type from - JSP and JSN are missing

New standard Billing Types  ( JSP and JSN ) for Subcontract Process are needed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Sub-Contracting billing types "JSN-Subcontracting Challan" & "JSP-Subcontracting Invoice" were designed in BB BMJ.

For India country there is some restriction regarding scope item BME and together with billing type "JSTO", in order to get JSTO one of the following scope items needs to be activated.
