3318945 - Warning sign/icon in the Team Overview Page

A warning sign appear in the Team Overview (“Objective / Competency select one..”, as we can see in the image below) ,user will go to the form and rate then save or send to next step however when returned to Team Overview the warning sign is still there even though everything was already rated.

The icon on team overview is designed to display OCOC rating(Objective Competency Summary) or Performance-Potential Summary rating. If the OCOC rating provided on form, the rating will be displayed on the popup by clicking this icon on team overview. Once OCOC or PP section configuration in form template, the icon will be displayed on team overview.
