3318977 - UNSET Traces Manually | SAP Knowledge Base Article

Symptom

After executing the query to enable traces required to analyse reported issues eg:

ALTER SYSTEM ALTER CONFIGURATION

normally in the format:

ALTER SYSTEM ALTER CONFIGURATION ( <filename>, <layer>[, <layer_name> ] )
 { SET | UNSET } <parameter_key_value_list> 
 [ WITH RECONFIGURE ]
 [ COMMENT <comment_string> ]

The UNSET query is giving error like
Could not execute 'ALTER SYSTEM ALTER CONFIGURATION'......
SAP DBTech JDBC: [2] general error .......................
