3319099 - How to Assign Person Responsible for BTM Tasks Related to Point of Sale Transactions

Tasks get created after the failure of the A2A messages for Point of Sales Transaction documents.

How to assign person responsible to process these tasks.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management workcenter and Business Task Management

2. Select by All Activities

3. You will find Tasks related to Point of Sale Transaction.

For Tasks created in Business Task Management related to Point of Sales Transactions it is not possible to assign a specific user.

We understand that only Admins and limited colleagues have access to Application and User Management so they can process these tasks.

System is behaving as per the design.
