3319170 - VL156 error appears while inputting the same material in multiple VL01N screens at the same time

Symptom

When multiple users create delivery via VL01N at the same time for the same material, VL156 error - 'Material & is blocked (delivery quantity will be set to '0')' will appear while entering the material in the multiple delivery creation screen.
