Symptom

SAP Jam Collaboration offered different external tools to integrate into the desktop experience and (Microsoft) desktop tools such as Outlook. The following features were covered as part of those integrations: 

  • Application Launcher 

  • File Sync Client 

  • SAP Jam Activity Hub 

  • SAP Jam for Microsoft Office 

  • Add-In for Microsoft Outlook 

 

Those tools are no longer listed on the SAP Help portal, no longer available for download & the integrations are no longer supported.
