Reproducing the Issue
- Login directly with the candidate credentials;
- The welcome card is not appearing in the candidate's homepage.
Cause
One of the possible reasons for the missing Welcome Card in the the Homepage is due to an unsupported character in the Hiring Manager's name.
Resolution
To solve the problem, make sure that the hiring manager's name must contain only supported characters.
If confirming that the Hiring Manager's name only contain supported characters, please submit a ticket to Product Support to determine the new possible cause.
