Symptom
Buyers and Suppliers who access the SAP Business Network user interface by using a service-2.ariba.com, service-eu.ariba.com, or service-2-eu.ariba.com URL will no longer receive assistance for technical and functional issues from SAP Product Support after the 2308 release.
This change only impacts users who access the SAP Business Network user interface by using a service-2.ariba.com, service-eu.ariba.com, or service-2-eu.ariba.com URL. For example, cXML documents can still be posted to these URLs.
