3319240 - Port number error in copying a Tenant Database to Another System

Symptom

When you would like to copy a Tenant Database to another System, you get error, such as following:
Could not execute 'CREATE DATABASE ABC AS REPLICA OF EFG AT 'hostname:3xx13'' in xxx seconds . 
SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: nameserver failed to process the request;ltt exception: exception 7100010: Database replication error: Invalid source system location: hostname:3xx13
