3319333 - How to search Products Category in Advanced Search where double quote symbol (") is used

When we try to search Category field with the search pattern like Ex: 56" in Products view , the query shows No results, although there are values with 56" .

SAP Cloud for Customer

• Navigate to Products--> Product
• Choose the Query "All" 
• Open Advanced filter and search for the value 56" in the Category field.
• The result shows zero products eventhough multiple products are available with the searched entry.

When we search with 56", the system treats the search parameter as follows "56"" . So to avoid inconsistency, system is adding a \(reverse slash) resulting the search parameter as 56\" with which the resultant is empty.

 When the Product category is having values stored with double quote (") , then search the value with Ex: 56*. It will show the proper results.
