3319344 - Rework option is missing in the purchase order workflow definition.

Symptom

  • Release of Reworkable Purchase Order is missing in "Manage workflows for purchase order" application.
  • Request rework option is missing in "Myinbox".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the application "Manage workflows for purchase order" .
  2. Create a step in the workflow.
  3. Look for "Release of Reworkable Purchase Order" from the dropdown.

Cause

Business switch is not activate for the inquiry.

Resolution

  1. Access the SSCUI 105959  - Activate Purchase Order Inquiry Workflow.
  2. Switch on the the business function "MM_PUR_PURCHORD_REWORK_WFL". Please note that this switch is irreversible, you cannot switch it off once you have enabled it.
