3319377 - Integration Center not putting the right timestamp in SFTP output filename

Expected behaviour: 

Integration Center gives priority to the Preferred timezone configuration while constructing the filename during job execution. The Preferred timezone can be configured as explained in the Resolution section, below.

1. If using an ICD file, the user has the ability to set the preferred timezone as follows:

• Export the existing integration as an ICD file
• Edit the ICD file and set the field "timeZone": <preferred timezone>" , e.g. "GMT+08:00"
• Import the ICD file to create a new integration.

2. Tenant Preferred Time Zone from Platform Feature Settings ( see: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_SUCCESSFACTORS_PLATFORM/6c9f794920b947648737d914a669f195/22a3439ddbea498ab42d0b15b3c4c47e.html)

3. If none of above are available, then the UTC timezone will considered.

PLEASE NOTE:

As stated above, for outbound integrations, the SFTP filename calculation is based on the following settings: it first prefers the "ICD timezone" field, and if not available, it uses the "tenant preferred timezone" from Platform Settings. If none of the above options are available, it defaults to the UTC timezone.

However, for inbound integrations, currently it always checks the SFTP file in the UTC timezone. As this may lead to confusion, our Development team are currently working to incorporate "tenant preferred timezone" and "ICD preferred timezone" for inbound integrations as well (our internal reference is INT-16862 and there is no ETA on this at the moment).
