Expected behavior.

For inbound and outbound integrations, the SFTP filename calculation is based on the following settings:

1. It first prioritizes the ICD timezone field;
2. If that is not available, it uses the Tenant Preferred Timezone from Platform Feature Settings;
3. If neither of these options is available, it defaults to the UTC timezone.

If you wish to change the ICD file:

1. Open the integration > click on Save >  click on Export Integration Definition;
2. Open the ICD file and set the "timeZone" field as desired (e.g. "timeZone" : "GMT+08:00", );
3. Import the ICD file to create a new integration;

If you wish to change the Tenant Preferred Timezone, you just need to go to Platform Feature Settings and change it as desired.
