3319414 - The transactional RFC Server on <servername> connected to <gateway> is hibernating - DQM for SAP

Symptom

  • The transactional RFC Server is hibernating.
  • After windows patching, one RFC server does not come up.
  • The RFC Server installed on <servername> couldn't access the WSDL URL https://<servername>:8443/DataServices/servlet/webservices?ver=2.0&amp;wsdlxml specified in the /config/flrfcsrv.xml file.  The WSDL URL for this RFC Server is specified in the <sap_config_id> section ###_FLRFCSRV_trans <dq_web_server_url> setting.
  • The transactional RFC Server on <servername> connected to <gateway> is hibernating.
  • AS.xml file was corrupted and copied from another server to this non-working server.
