3319431 - You see Shortdump CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_INCOMPL in SAP after opening Invoice Capture Center (ICC) Validation Client in SAP Invoice Management by Open Text

Symptom

Every time you open Invoice Capture Center (ICC) 7.0 SP2 Validation Client, a short dump is generated in the SAP system. You can still open and use Validation Client normally.

The short dump is called CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_INCOMPL.

CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_INCOMPL Short dump is generated and can be viewed in tcode ST22.
Error analysis: The logon data for the user "xxx " is incomplete.
Please note the extra space after the user name.


Error Message:

CALL_FUNCTION_SIGNON_INCOMPL Short dump; Error analysis: The logon data for the user "xxx " is incomplete.
