3319494 - Extracting certificate and private key from x509 service instance with Notepad++

Symptom

You require an oauth access token to make an api call to cloud foundry. Example scenario is for global account audit logs. The service instance is using x509 certificates and the certificate and private key are required to obtain the oauth token. This is an alternative approach to using the CF cli which requires SED and JQ tools as outlined at Audit Log Retrieval API for Global Accounts in the Cloud Foundry Environment
