3319565 - Site Manager Settings - Notification Tab not loading in BTP Build Work Zone

Symptom

  • Not able to open the Notification tab under the Site Manager Settings
  • The following error message displays: "Sorry, the page data couldn't be loaded. There is no connectivity to the server"
  • From Browser Console trace , you are able to fine 403 error for below sample request. For example:
    • <subdomain>.launchpad.cfapps.<DC>.hana.ondemand.com/notification/servicekeys
