Symptom

After upgrading HANA the following error message in observed in the nameserver and the indexserver traces:

Authorization InsufficientPrivilegeThrow.cpp(00154) : Keep authorization error: User _SYS_STATISTICS is not authorized to access the 'VIEW' object "SYS"."M_SERVICE_NETWORK_IO". The privilege 'SELECT' is missing.
