3319607 - GUID Error In Outlook Server Side

You receive the error "Create object failed: Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx)" when creating an appointment with Outlook Server Side Integration.

You have set --none-- as a default value for reference fields that should point out to some object under an Appointment Card.

Please remove --none-- from default values from all reference fields under the Appointment Card in Add-in settings. In this way, nothing will be passed to C4C and the appointment will be created simply without these values (Account, Contact etc).
