3319743 - How to Map the Profile Photo to Onboarding Document Flow/ Offboarding ?

• Is it possible to map the profile photo of the candidate to the forms in Onboarding ?
• Passport-size photo in a custom onboarding/offboarding form does not populate from the employee profile, and uploading a photo directly in the form is not possible ?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open the custom bio-data form used in onboarding or offboarding.
2. Navigate to the passport-size photo section.
3. Attempt to upload a photo in the form or expect it to populate from the employee profile photo.
4. Observe that the photo does not upload or populate in the form.

This is a current product limitation.

Custom Onboarding and Offboarding forms do not support uploading a profile photo directly or automatically populating a profile photo from the candidate or employee profile.

It is not possible to map the candidate or employee profile photo to a custom Onboarding or Offboarding form. Uploading a photo directly to a custom form is also not supported.

This functionality would require a product enhancement. Customers can submit an enhancement request through the SAP Customer Influence portal.
