3319781 - How to set field 'Requestor' as mandatory in Manual Purchase Request

You want to know how to set field 'Requestor' as mandatory in Manual Purchase Request.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Requests (Manual) view.
3. Select one of the purchase requests and click on Edit button.
4. Navigate to Items tab, Delivery sub tab, you find the field  'Requestor'  here cannot be set as mandatory in Adaptation mode.

You can do it via creation screen.

• Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
• Go to New Purchase Request (Manual) under Common Tasks view.
• Here, you can set  'Requestor' as mandatory as mandatory field.
