Before: There are some significant changes that Optimized Design Experience introduces in Story reports.

After: The optimized design mode offers better usability, additional design capabilities, and an optimized story experience.

You can now use the optimized view mode on your new and existing Story reports.

Before: Classic view of Story reports.

After: The optimized view mode introduces behavioral and functional enhancements in the visualization of Story reports.

After: Now the following two permissions are required to report on this data on stories:

• User Reports Permission Create Story. The permission of Career Worksheet is selected and granted.

• User  Career Development Planning  Data Access: Story. The permission of relevant Career Worksheet templates is selected and granted. The target population is specified.

Before: Not Supported.

After: Dynamic Teams module is now available for use in Story Reports.

Before: Not Supported.

After: New fields available on Opportunity Marketplace assignments. See list on WNV.

Before: Not supported on reporting tools.

After: It is possible to reports on the time event details for the employees who are Clock Time users and who have recorded their time event using a terminal, web, mobile, or manually. More information on the link.

Before: Functionality deprecated.

After: The URL that you use to log on to Workforce Analytics integrated with SAP SuccessFactors tenants will reach End of Development on June 2, 2023 and will be Deleted on November 17, 2023.

Before: The login was available directly on the URL with username and password.

After: You can now log on to the preview environment using SAP SuccessFactors credentials. You must first navigate to SAP SuccessFactors home page to authenticate, and then you can navigate to the new URL for the Workforce Analytics preview environment. 

Before: Not supported.

After: The configured direct booking node will appear as a child node under specific structural dimensions. See link with screenshots and an example.

Before: The screen would remain blank until the entire report loads, resulting in extended waiting time.

After: The widgets appear on-screen as they are ready and they all load in parallel.

Before: Workforce Analytics connector only supported the classic account model type in SAP Analytics Cloud.

After: The new model type aligns with source systems better than the classic account model. It improves performance, calculation capabilities, and gives you more flexibility. It works with SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics on both MS SQL and SAP HANA. See more information on Link.
