Symptom

SUM phase PREP_INPUT/DBQUERY_PRE to fail with the following error.


Reading SQL output from 'SYBCONCHECKSSO.LOG'.
Check password of database user 'sapsa'
Last error code set is: Unknown database user '<sid>adm'!
Upgrade phase "DBQUERY_PRE" aborted with severe errors ("20230329175431")
