3320404 - ICM: WARN limit of connections exceeded for client IP address <IP address>:<port nr>><nr> connections

Symptom

In  the dev_icm or dev_webdisp the following message appears:

[Thr <nr>] ***LOG IMA=> IcmConnAllocServerSlot, Resource Check () [icxxconn.c   691]
[Thr <nr>] *** WARNING => WARN limit of connections exceeded for client IP address <IP address>:<port nr>><nr> connections. [icxxconn.c 725] 

meaning the number of incoming connections to the ICM or SAP Web Dispatcher from the same IP address reach the threshold set by parameter "icm/client_ip_connection_limit "
