3320623 - CTE - Expense reports are not getting automatically imported

The automatic schedule of job FEEDBACK LOOP doesn't import expense reports from Concur, although the manual import at CTE_POST_MONI > Feedback Loop > Step-by-Step > Import Documents from Queue > Single Document > Paste document ID works without issues.
