Error when trying to save Custom Card: "Some translations are missing. For each locale where you provide translations, make sure there’s a value for each translatable field so that people experience the card in one consistent language. Close this message, add missing translations, and try to save again."

1st scenario: 

1. Go to "Manage Home Page"
2. Click on "Organizational Updates"
3. Click on the edit icon for the impacted card
4. Click on the "Save" button without editing anything and a pop up error will be displayed: 

2nd scenario: 

1. Go to "Manage Home Page"
2. Click on "Organizational Updates"
3. Click on the edit icon for the impacted card
4. Update Title, Subtitle, Content and / or Alternative Text field translation
5. Click on the "Save" button the pop up error will be displayed 

• The issue is caused by the locale which was configured previously for the Card that is not enabled in the system
• Locale translations are not maintained in required fields (Title and Content) and / or optional fields (Subtitle and Alternative Text)
• Issue can also be caused by adding a translation to a required or optional field and not adding on the other required fields or optional fields (in case you are already using them)

• Enable the language in Provisioning and add translations for the enabled languages
• Ensure all translatable fields are updated for the language that is being edited
• If you add translations to any required or optional field of the card for a language which previously did not have a translation, you need to ensure you add the translation for the same language to the required fields (Title and Content) or optional field (Subtitle and Alternative Text), in case you are using it
