3320709 - Error: "Cannot delete KSL. It's set as the reference GC amount field of &" occurs when you create a Reconciliation case.

Symptom

When you want to create a case in app Define Reconciliation cases, there is an issue: " Cannot delete KSL. It's set as the reference GC amount field of xxxx"

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open app Define Reconciliation cases

2. Create Reconciliation case ->  click "Save"

An error pops up:  "Cannot delete KSL. It's set as the reference GC amount field of ZVAFL"

Cause

Before creating/importing cases, you should make sure there's no entry for the same reconciliation cases in configuration, no matter it is transported or manually created. Configuration should not exist before the creation of master data.

You should create Reconciliation case first then create configuration in SSCUI 103560 Activate Reconciliation Close Process.

Or you can export data from source system and import it into target system instead of creating it from scratch in target system.

Resolution

1.Please remove it from the configuration SSCUI 103560  Activate Reconciliation Close Process and try it again.

2.If you have Reconciliation case in Q system, please export it and import into P system.
