3320791 - Group Reporting: Unjustified error GK353 for FS item while uploading due to mismatch between database tables TF100 and FINCS_FSITEM

Symptom

By running flexible upload in Data Monitor app or in Flexible Upload of Reported Financial Data app the unjustified error GK 353 "The dependent char. FS Item contains an invalid value" occurs.

By running currency translation in Data Monitor app, error "Item & does not exist" (no. GK 111) occurs.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting, release 2020 or 1909

SAP Notes 3159703, 2985337, 2891509 and 2896636 were missing when FS items were created in Group Reporting. As a result, there is a mismatch between database tables TF100 and FINCS_FSITEM.
