3320910 - foreign_passport_with_form_I94: Alien number or I94 number are required - Onboarding

User is trying to submit the e-verify for the candidate, but is facing the error message:" foreign_passport_with_form_I94: Alien number or I94 number are required."

Checking the e-verify data, both fields are filled, but the error message persists.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

In this case, e-verify doesn't accept both information. You have to choose one of the fields to fill.

The suggestion for this issue is remove either Alien Number or I-94 Number, then submit the E-Verify again.

If you already completed the I-9 for the candidate, you can:

1. Access Manage Data;
2. Find the "E-Verify Data" object;
3. Search for the candidate's E-Verify process;
4. Remove one of those fields.
