3320964 - I9 Section 2 giving permission access error - Onboarding

Manager is trying to complete the I-9 Section 2 of some candidates, but when he join the screen by the task tile receive the error message: "You do Not have permission to access this page".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the manager.
2. Click on tile under For You Today.
3. Find the I-9 Section 2 tile and click on Complete Now

This is caused by a missing permission of the manager to the related candidates. Checking the candidates with the issue, the start date has passed, this means that the candidates are internal hires already.

To correct this issue, you must have a target population for internal hire in managers role, otherwise, you will not be able to access the candidates that are already hired.
