3321053 - Alert message "The profile you are trying to access may have been deleted" after approve Offer - Recruiting Management

Once the Offer is approved, when returning to candidate page the approver gets the pop up alert message: "The profile you are trying to access may have been deleted. Please manually navigate to the profile."

1. The approver goes to pending approval Offer and click to Approve it:

3. It will take the user to the candidate pipeline and the below alert message will be displayed:
   

There is a job application rule configured to move the candidate of status after the Offer Approval has been completed.

This is working as expected based on the configuration. This is a system message that cannot be changed.

The reason behind why this message shows up is because once the candidate is approved, he/she is automatically moved to another status because of the job application rule. Since the candidate has been automatically moved to the next step, the system is not able to locate the candidate anymore when it goes back to same step candidate was before. The standard behavior is that when Offer is approved, the candidate will stay at the same status. Unlike configuration with the rule where the candidate is automatically moved to the next step because of job application rule and that is the reason why this message shows up.
