• Incorrect Suffix in Compliance Forms (State Specific W4 form) for New Hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the candidate and complete PDC and Federal W4 form
2. Start the State Specific W4 compliance task.
3. See that the Suffix shows a number/code instead of the Label e.g. II shows 4706.

Defect in ec fieldmetadata in SWH forms.

• In Manage Data > Compliance Forms, there's no field type configured for the field SUFFIX
• ecFieldMeta

With the Product Team's confirmation, this issue was already addressed in the previous EC filedmetadata correct.

To solve the issue:

1. Toggle the SWH switch off and on in Compliance Settings > United States
2. Ask the candidate to log back in.
3. The suffix should now show the correct value.
