1. Go to Career Site Builder > Appearance > Styles.
2. Select Header > [Language] > [Brand] from the left-side navigation menu.
3. Go to Desktop Layout tab / Mobile Layout tab.
4. Click to edit the Menu component.
5. It opens Details tab. Click +Add button.
6. Setup the link
   
   • Type: External
   • Title: (Hover text, e.g., View Profile.)
   • Text: (Menu name, e.g., View Profile.)
   • Source: (Link to the candidate profile page, e.g., "https://.../career?company=xxxx&navBarLevel=MY_PROFILE".)
     
     

About the Source URL

• The part "https://.../career?company=xxxx" is the RCM default career site URL which can be found in Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Sites. See KBA 2081355 - Manage Career Sites - Recruiting Management for details.
• The part "&navBarLevel=MY_PROFILE" is the direct link to the candidate profile page. If this is missing, you will be redirected to the RCM career portal like this:
