3321258 - Updating operatorTeam field does not trigger the ISC event: Update of Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

When updating the operatorTeam field on Job Requisition, the event "Update of Job Requisition" in Intelligent Services Center(ISC) will not be triggered.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1 Go to Recruiting, open a Job Requisition.

2 Modify the value of an operatorTeam field and save the change.

3 Go to Intelligent Services Center(ISC) and enter the Recruiting event "Update of Job Requisition".

4 Checking the Event Monitoring, you can see there is no new event-triggered record.

Confirming with engineer team, it is the expected behavior working as per system design.

As per the code design, the below type fields' changes are excluded from triggering the ISC event "Update of Job Requisition".
