3321304 - How to disable the "form status Folder" under PM tab.

Under Performance tab we have different folders i.e. All forms, In progress, Completed and Form status. Currently, we can disable the form status folder visibility from provisioning only.

1. Under performance tab we have different folder

• All form
• In progress
• completed
• form status

These above folders are enabled by default in success factor Performance tab/page.

2. We can control the visibility of "form status" folder by disabling from the provisioning.

Form Status is an old report that should no longer be used and was replaced by Form list reports and the dashboards. Please request to have Form Status disabled via a case.

To Disable the "form status" folder

1. Login to provisioning --> company setting.

2. Check-in the option DISABLE THE FORM STATUS PAGE.

This feature can be controlled only through provisioning. Please engage your implementation partner team for this feature. If you do not have a Implementation partner team then please connect with our support engineers for disabling this feature.
