3321326 - How to add an Item in the Module Picker

Symptom

Steps to add a System Tool, Module, or external link under the Admin Center Module Picker.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Cause

This is configuration related settings. Need to configure the system to display as per requirement.

Resolution

Prerequisite 

  • Get the link of the module, tool or external item you want to add.
  • For this example you want to add the Add New Employee reference >> get the url of the page 

Tip - You can get the link by navigating to the actual item then copy the url.

Go to the Configure Custom Navigation and insert the details

The link will now appear in the Module Picker
