3321393 - RE-FX: Previous Level Button does not appear on the Overview Valuation Cash Flow

Symptom

You have one valuation rule assigned, and you can see the Previous Level Button in Overview Valuation Cash Flow. But when you have two or more valuation rules assigned, you can't see the Previous Level Button in Overview Valuation Cash Flow.
