3321418 - Email Notification Layout - dark mode

When using Outlook in dark mode, SuccessFactors email notification does not display well

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Enable Dark Mode for outlook 

 > Outlook > File > Office Account > Change the Office Theme to "Dark"

2. Trigger a SuccessFacfors notification where the SuccessFactors logo is hidden (as outlined in KBA - 2087875 - Removing SF logo in the Footer of Email Notifications - BizX Platform)

3. Note the area the logo should display displays a white box which looks very bad on the "Dark" mode outlook

4. Even with the SuccessFactors logo displayed - it has a white background again looking very bad on the "Dark" mode outlook

SuccessFactors email notifications are not designed for dark mode

Unfortunately, the email footer including the image is not configurable and cannot be remove. SuccessFactors email notifications are not designed for dark mode

Please consider opening an enhancement request for future releases to display the SF notifications emails in dark mode in a better deigned way. (2090228 - How to Submit Ideas for SAP SuccessFactors Products)
